Brownie Alchemy was founded in late 2025 with the mission to make gluten-free brownies truly delicious. We've been refining our recipes for our loved ones for over a decade before launch. To us, gluten-free shouldn't be a compromise.

All of our brownies are freshly baked in London. To ensure our brownies are delivered to you with optimal freshness, please make sure you follow the order guidance below.

How to order?

Delivery schedule: Place your order by Thursday 23:59 to receive your order on next Tuesday. 

Why we have a cut off time: As a small business, we buy ingredients and bake as per customer demand. This gives us enough time to shop fresh ingredients and bake over the weekend.

Delivery: We ship via Royal Mail Tarcked 24 every Monday. You should receive your box on Tuesday for most part of the UK.

How to find us?

If you are based in London and would prefer to try our brownies in person, you can find us at Upmarket, Brick Lane on selected weekends. Make sure to follow us on Instagram to find our latest schedule.
