Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Brownie Alchemy, we bake every order fresh over the weekend so your treats arrive at their absolute best. To help us manage our ingredients and baking schedule, please review our order, cancellation, and refund policies below.
Order Processing & Dispatch Schedule
To ensure peak freshness, we operate on a weekly baking and shipping cycle. We dispatch on Tuesday for orders to be delivered on Wednesday.

Order Cutoff: Monday at midday.

Dispatch Day: Every Tuesday

Late Orders: If you place your order after 12 pm on Monday, it will be added to our next baking cycle and dispatched on Tuesday of the following week.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel your order, we are happy to help, provided it falls within our cancellation window.

Cancellation Deadline: Orders can be cancelled up until 12 pm on the Monday immediately before your scheduled Wednesday dispatch.

How to Cancel: Please email us directly at contact@brownie-alchemy.co.uk with your order number.

After the Deadline: Because we purchase ingredients and begin baking based on order requests, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds for cancellation requests made after Monday midday.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your brownies arrive damaged, incorrect, or if you experience any other issues with your order, please let us know right away.
